Beans, beans, the magical fruit… the more you eat the more you… what??Pole beans are fun to grow because they climb and spread, and can act as a natural covering over an archway, trellis, or a fence. These beans are easy to cook and can be sauteed, roasted, or used in stews/soups. They are easy to store either via canning or freezing with our preferred storage method being canning in pint jars. Pole beans, when harvested, will continue to produce all season. Our experience with pole beans has yielded plentiful harvests with more than we could eat in a year.
